Observer: who they are and what they can do

The Observer role is a read-only user profile, designed for committee members, organizers, or users who need access to the backoffice. This profile allows monitoring of system data without the ability to perform operational actions on votes.

Specifically, this profile allows:

1. Viewing data and configurations;
2. Monitoring turnout during voting;
3. Downloading final reports.

Platform access

The observer will be added to the platform by the area administrator as explained here. They will then receive an email with the credentials to access the platform:

Simply click on "Sign in backoffice" and enter the received credentials.
