This article shows how to regenerate a voter's credentials.
From the "Electors" menu, select the "Manage Electors" item:
The list of voters with their information will open. Click on 
to the right of the voter who needs new credentials. A drop-down menu with various options will open. Select "Generate new password."

The voter will then receive a new password at the email address provided. By sending new credentials, the previous ones will be invalidated.Regenerate credentials to a new e-mail address
If necessary, credentials can be sent to a different e-mail address than the one previously provided.
Still in the "Manage Electors" menu, select 
next to the name of the elector you want to edit.
The editor will open. Enter the new e-mail address and click "Save."
