Attendance counting in assembly events

In the context of remote or hybrid assemblies, attendance monitoring is based on specific criteria related to access and presence within the assembly event.

In particular:

• A participant is considered present for a specific assembly event when they access the voting area and enter that specific event.
• Access to the event is only possible once the administrator has enabled attendance monitoring.
• Accessing only the voting area, without entering the specific event, does not count as attendance for that event.
• A participant who clicks the logout button is immediately removed from the attendance count and report.
• After entering the event, if the participant does not log out, a latency period of approximately 4 hours applies, during which they are still considered present even if inactive. This prevents accidental disconnections from affecting attendance tracking.

Attendance report

The attendance report provides a snapshot of the connection status at a specific moment.

• The report is generated at the time of download and includes a timestamp of that exact moment.
• The data matches what is shown in the dashboard counter at that time.
• The report includes both the total number of attendees and the list of connected participants at the time of generation.

It is recommended to download the report at key moments such as:

• quorum achievement;
• scheduled meeting times;
• opening of the assembly;
• opening and/or closing of voting items.
