How can I update an elector's email address?

To update the email address associated with an elector when the ballot has already been validated or is in progress:

Go to the "Electors" menu from the ballot or the event and select from the "Manage Electors" icon.
In the elector list, locate the desired one and click on the three-dot icon on the right side of the row ⋮, then select "Edit user".
In the editor that opens, enter the new email address and click "Save".

Important: editing the email does not automatically send the new credentials. If the elector needs to receive a password at the updated address, after saving you must follow the password regeneration procedure (by selecting the elector again and choosing "Regenerate password" from the dropdown menu). By doing so, the previous credentials will be invalidated and the new ones will be sent to the new address.
