This article describes how to set up the Privacy Policy of your tenant.
To customize this area while respecting the visual identity of your organization, click on ⚙️ in the upper right corner.
The tenant configuration window will open to change some of its settings.

Specifically, in the third section of the voting area configuration window, you can configure the privacy policy acceptance checkbox label and its content. To disable the privacy policy acceptance checkbox, clear the contents of these fields.
To confirm the changes and exit the wizard click on "Save".
