This article explains how to send a reminder e-mail to voters who have not voted yet.
When votes are open, to increase voter turnout, a reminder e-mail can be sent to electors who have not yet cast a vote for a specific ballot in the electoral event.
In the electoral event bar, click 
on right. A drop-down menu with the possible actions will open. Select "Send Reminder":
An e-mail like the following will be sent to all electors who did not vote for one or more ballots in the electoral event:
