Adding Voters to an Event or a Ballot

In this article we explore how to add additional voters after the complete voter list has been previously uploaded.

This operation can also be done after closing the registry (sending credentials) and after the opening of the ballot itself.
There are two options in this case: add voters to an event or to a ballot.
If a voter is allowed to vote for all the ballots in that election event, they will need to be added by clicking on the appropriate "Electors" section in the election event options:
 
A drop-down menu will open with some possible actions, select "Add elector" and a form to be filled out with relevant information about the elector will appear:
Enter the requested items and click "Save". At this point, the voter will be added to all the existing ballots in that list.
 
If the voter is only allowed to vote in one or more ballots in an election event, but not in all of them, then you can proceed to add them manually to the individual ballot. So open the voter menu of a ballot and proceed in the same way as described above:

 
You can also proceed from another menu by clicking on the three dots to the right of the ballot. At this point a generic menu will open that allows you to perform actions on the ballot. Click on "Manage Electors".
 
 
A page with the list of voters included in the ballot will open. Here it will be possible to change some parameters such as email address or submit new credentials, or by clicking on "+", new voters can be added:
